Order Processing and Delivery
– All orders are processed from Abuja, Nigeria.
– Standard orders are processed within seven (7) business days.
– Custom orders are processed within ten (10) business days.
– Delivery within Nigeria is expected within five (5) business days post-processing.
– Delivery outside of Nigeria is expected within seven (7) business days post-processing.
– An online shipment tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. You can track your shipment on our logistics partner’s website.

Returns and Amendments
– Items are eligible for amendments if they have not been worn or tampered with.
– Returns for amendments must be made within 3 days of receipt within Nigeria and within 7 days of receipt outside Nigeria.
– Items returned after the specified timeframe will incur an amendment fee.
– Refunds or exchanges are not processed under any circumstances.

– By placing an order, you agree to our processing and delivery timelines as well as our returns policy.
– We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen logistical issues.
– It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
